Revenue Operations

• Develops and maintains revenue enablement content for learning programs, paths, and certifications across revenue-facing roles (Sales Directors, Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives) remotely.
• Provides subject-matter expertise on content design and delivery to improve the business's revenue training and enablement programs.
• Partner with Enablement, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to regularly assess revenue training content needs, using performance data and observation to identify skill gaps across the team.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to align enablement programs with pipeline, ramp, and retention metrics.
• Listen to customer-facing calls and interactions, providing coaching and feedback to Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to improve performance.
• Lead product launch enablement, including messaging, training, and customer-facing collateral for new product releases, alongside Product Marketing.
• Own Seismic content strategy and administration – platform governance and content library management – partnering with Marketing and Product to ensure consistency and quality across sales and customer-facing collateral (case studies, decks, templates, info sheets, etc.).
• Manage LMS course design, content creation, and compliance – including voiceovers, training materials, certifications and onboarding paths – to make the new-hire learning and on-going training intuitive.

Senior Revenue Enablement Manager

• Supporting Billing leadership in all aspects of the billing process
• Processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate
• Applying Billed On Account balances as requested
• Processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards as required
• Liaising with Billing Coordinators to ensure all invoices are generated and queries are responded to in a timely manner
• Managing shared mailbox to ensure that all queries and requests are addressed in a punctual manner
• Assisting with data input into financial systems
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Assistant – Revenue Operations

• Maintain a proactive learning posture toward emerging generative AI tools and revenue technologies. Translate new AI features and platform updates into actionable, team-ready practices.
• Implement productivity-enhancing AI, exploring and implementing workflows to automate routine data entry, meeting summarization, and task tracking
• Support the SVP in developing client-facing proposals, including drafting proposal language and tailoring supporting materials to individual client needs
• Coordinate across internal teams to gather research, pricing, and scope inputs needed to bring proposals to completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposal activity, account details, and opportunity status in ChurnZero, ensuring the SVP has a clear and current view of the pipeline at all times
• Help move clients through the revenue cycle by tracking follow-up touchpoints, flagging stalled opportunities, and supporting the preparation of materials for renewal and expansion conversations
• Assist in developing and maintaining a library of reusable proposal templates and collateral that the broader revenue team can draw from
• Support the day-to-day administration of ChurnZero, Gravity Research's client engagement platform, including setting up new infrastructure to support our revenue team’s Chief of Staff in revenue forecasting and tracking client health
• Monitor client engagement data within ChurnZero and flag activity trends to the SVP and CRO
• Manage the SVP's calendar with a high degree of judgment and attention to client relationship dynamics, including scheduling client meetings, internal check-ins, and follow-up touchpoints across a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts
• Coordinate client meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
• Assist the SVP in executing strategic initiatives, translating direction into organized workplans and follow-up structures

Revenue Operations Associate

• The Head of Revenue Operations for B2B is responsible for the operational integrity and strategic rigor of our sales engine.
• Reporting to the VP of Global Strategy and Operations, you will create the processes, and data-led insights that facilitate revenue growth from the B2B Commercial team.
• Material Improvement in Pipeline Management: Move beyond "reporting the numbers" to active pipeline management. Implement the mechanisms required to improve lead-to-close velocity and overall funnel health.
• Forecast Accuracy & Risk Visibility: Establish a disciplined forecasting pace. Provide leadership with early-warning visibility into revenue risks and upside opportunities through rigorous data validation.
• Sales Process Governance: Establish standardized sales stages and entry/exit criteria. Ensure the global sales team follows a consistent methodology to maintain data integrity and process repeatability.
• Planning: Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to manage strategic annual planning, including setting sales quotas, designing sales compensation plans, and defining territory and capacity planning.
• B2B Lead for Global RevOps: Act as the primary B2B representative on the global revenue operations team. Ensure all B2B activity and reporting align with broader Commercial and Financial frameworks.
• Alignment: Manage the technical and process connections between Sales, Marketing (Lead Gen/Attribution), and Service (Post-Sales Handoffs/Retention).
• Unified Reporting: Partner with other teams to guarantee a single, accurate view of B2B performance, bridging the gap between raw CRM activity and financial outcomes.
• Roadmap Management: Oversee the B2B sales technology roadmap. Ensure tools are selected and configured to support sales efficiency and outcomes rather than adding administrative burden.
• Systems Onboarding: Define and oversee the new hire onboarding and training curriculum development.
• Change Management: Lead the implementation of new tools and process changes, ensuring high adoption through clear documentation and training.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary owner for all B2B sales system vendor relationships (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring value and contract compliance.
• Process Optimization: Identify and remove friction points in the sales cycle that inhibit client lifecycle management, specifically focusing on the handoffs between Marketing to Sales and Sales to Service.
• Leadership: Serve on the Operations Leadership team, and manage the B2B CRM Administrator
