Research Scientist I

• Engineering high-availability AI pipelines across distributed, cross-team components to ensure reliable, low-latency agentic workflows.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customers have the AI-driven capabilities and tools they need to succeed on the Outreach platform.
• Rapidly prototyping ML and LLM solutions to validate approaches and accelerate iteration on complex, ambiguous problems.
• Optimizing across the stack to maximize ROI for key pain points, from model architecture to service orchestration.

Applied Scientist, Sync

• Set technical direction for core replenishment R&D — define the modeling roadmap across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and decision-making policy, and align it with product and business strategy.
• Model complex problems such as inventory decay, promotions, price elasticity, and inventory uncertainty, and implement solutions to multi-stage and multi-echelon inventory optimization problems.
• Drive fundamental changes to our core system from research through production, writing rigorously tested and scalable code.
• Lead research and development for new product and business challenges.
• Raise the technical bar across the Intelligence team: mentor scientists and engineers, set standards for experimental rigor, and review designs and results.

Staff Applied Scientist – Distribution Center

• Lead immunology-driven research strategy across pipeline programs to support scientific narrative and indication assessment, integrating literature, experimental data, and translational insights
• Design and oversee mechanism-of-action studies to elucidate target biology, pathway modulation, and disease relevance across in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models, executed in partnership with CROs
• Partner closely with Translational Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, and Nonclinical teams to ensure alignment of preclinical findings with clinical strategy
