• Procurement Process Assistance: Support sourcing activities, such as requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP), ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance metrics, compile reports, and flag issues to Global SRMs for resolution. Support Global SRMs in QBR supplier reviews by assisting with agenda items, performance tracking, and action follow-ups.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain supplier databases, update procurement systems, and generate reports for key supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Administrative Support: Assist with contract documentation, compliance tracking, and record-keeping to ensure alignment with procurement policies. Support administrative duties for quotation requests for shipping and logistics, as well as order clarification and configuration.
• Continuous Improvement Contributions: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and contribute to procurement initiatives that enhance workflow and supplier engagement.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support procurement projects and initiatives.
• Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure that all procurement activities align with internal policies and industry regulations while maintaining high ethical standards.
