• Contribute to improving recruiting processes and employer brand
• Track and report on key hiring metrics

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for SAP and adjacent consulting roles across multiple seniority levels in the region
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving capability needs and define effective, forward‑looking hiring strategies
• Source, engage, and assess top talent using creative, proactive, and out‑of‑the‑box approaches
• Identify candidates not only for current needs but for long‑term potential, cultural fit, and growth within Westernacher
• Build and manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a high‑quality, inclusive, and candidate‑centric experience
• Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring best practices within the SAP and consulting ecosystem
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and data quality in an agile environment
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Westernacher in recruitment‑related activities and events
