Key responsibilities & impact

Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience
Coordinate interviews and guide offers to close
Contribute to improving recruiting processes and employer brand
Track and report on key hiring metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting across multiple regions, including the US
Demonstrated success filling roles across multiple functions
Strong familiarity with the media, advertising, or marketing technology industry is a plus
Fluent in English
Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
Organized and self-directed
Comfortable using an ATS and sourcing tools
