About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate interviews and guide offers to close
- Contribute to improving recruiting processes and employer brand
- Track and report on key hiring metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions, including the US
- Demonstrated success filling roles across multiple functions
- Strong familiarity with the media, advertising, or marketing technology industry is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organized and self-directed
- Comfortable using an ATS and sourcing tools
