• Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable AI-powered automations, integrations, and workflow solutions that support operational efficiency across the organization.
• Develop and support automation solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, APIs, orchestration tools, and AI platforms.

• Architect and develop SOAR playbooks and automated workflows to streamline incident triage, containment, and remediation processes, directly improving SOC efficiency and reducing mean time to response
• Build and maintain secure integrations across security, identity, and cloud platforms using APIs and custom code, ensuring scalable solutions that meet compliance and governance requirements
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with SOC, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response teams to identify automation opportunities and translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Deploy cloud-based security infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices, managing role-based access controls and supporting disaster recovery initiatives

Security Automation Engineer

• Investigate and document customer data sources and build agentic AI-powered workflows.
• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data across Adobe Experience League's MarTech platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual data handling and improve data quality across the marketing tech stack.
• Partner with marketing, content, and analytics partners to translate business requirements into robust data engineering solutions.

Senior Data Automation Engineer

• Develop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase productivity using AI
• Rapidly prototype AI-enabled utilities/automations and deploy them into production
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues and recommend preventive actions
• Partner with teams across I&O to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Communicate system issues, resolution plans, and recommendations clearly

I&O Automation Engineer

• Develop system architectures and data flows for biologics, pharmaceutical, and advanced therapy manufacturing (DCS, PLC/SCADA, MES, historians, network layers)
• Develop product recipe strategies across the full application layer of ERP, MES and DCS Batch
• Ensure architecture supports scalability, cybersecurity, data integrity, and multi-product flexibility
• Lead the creation, review, and approval of: URS (User Requirements Specifications), FRS (Functional Requirements Specifications), DS / DDS (Design Specifications), Functional & Control Narratives, Recipe Design Documentation (ISA-88 compliant)
• Configure, program, and deploy Digital System within the manufacturing environment
• Support integration of OEM skids: bioreactors, chromatography systems, filtration skids, CIP/SIP, and fill finish equipment
• Lead deviation investigations, CAPAs, and risk assessments related to Digital systems
• Serve as SME for troubleshooting, system optimization, batch failure analysis, and performance enhancements
• Collaborate with IT/OT, process engineering, MSAT, quality, and capital project teams to deliver integrated system solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and act as technical SME during audits and regulatory inspections

Lead Automation Engineer, MES – Digital Systems

• Support and enhance orchestration and runbook‑driven automation with RunDeck
• Leverage Nautobot for network and infrastructure source‑of‑truth and automation integrations (including but not limited to SNow CMDB)
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures using Confluence
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning and optimization measures
• Drive enterprise automation initiatives using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies while meeting government security and compliance standards
• Conduct system assessments and implement security controls
