About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable AI-powered automations, integrations, and workflow solutions that support operational efficiency across the organization
Develop and support automation solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, APIs, orchestration tools, and AI platforms
Lead the ongoing administration, optimization, and support of BELAY’s internal AI and automation tools and systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and develop scalable automation and AI-driven solutions
Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and business impact of automation and AI initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, systems integration, or related technical fields
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining workflow automations, integrations, or scalable technical solutions in production environments
Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, workflow orchestration tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies
Strong understanding of automation, systems design, workflow optimization, and AI implementation best practices
Ability to evaluate technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, actionable language
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
