Automation Engineer – Support Engineering

• Design, build, test, and iterate on data science, machine learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions aligned to pod objectives
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and validation
• Implement solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture
• Execute assigned work items to meet sprint and increment commitments aligned to the product roadmap
• Identify and communicate technical risks, assumptions, data limitations, and trade-offs to the Pod Lead

Automation Engineer

• Implement and maintain automated test suites for cloud-native applications and services
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product stakeholders to identify test areas with high ROI
• Develop reusable test components and contribute to automation infrastructure improvements
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and participate in defect resolution discussions
• Support CI/CD integration efforts by embedding automation into build and release workflows

Senior Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible and Terraform
• Develop and maintain integration tools and scripts using Python
• Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate systems and services
• Contribute to open-source projects and maintain internal GitHub repositories

• Support SOAR platform lifecycle management including upgrades, change management, testing, governance, RBAC, and operational maintenance.

• Assist with scaling SOC operations using automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Support operational maturity improvements within the SOC environment.
• Participate in incident response automation strategy discussions and implementation planning.
• Contribute to SOC transformation initiatives focused on operational scalability and service optimization.
• Contribute to AI-enabled SOC initiatives and intelligent automation projects.
• Assist in implementing AI orchestration and automation use cases within security operations.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies relevant to cybersecurity operations.

Security Automation Engineer

• Design and operate AI-powered pipelines that transform data acquisition, enrichment, and validation.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Operations to move pipelines from prototype to production.
• Design, develop, and evaluate machine learning models for data enrichment and validation.
• Implement OCR, NLP, and layout recognition pipelines for data extraction.
• Build Python-based microservices for document classification and metadata extraction.
• Integrate LLM APIs for intelligent extraction and task classification.
• Monitor and optimize model performance tracking.
• Design and implement conversational AI solutions with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
