About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and deploy automation workflows
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
  • Integrate automation with various systems and perform testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with others in the development and integration processes
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
  • Understanding of at least one programming/scripting language such as: C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript
  • Basic SQL skills for data access and manipulation
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Proficiency in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
  • Experience integrating automation with web, desktop, Excel, email, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Ability to perform unit testing, UAT support, and manage bot deployment to production.
  • Understanding of version control (Git, SVN) and CI/CD principles.
