Proposal Manager

• Acting as primary contact for proposals and manage related communication and documentation.
• Proposal preparation and controlling the proposal processes for potential new customers and existing customers in coordination with the other business units, especially Business Development and Project Management.
• Determinizing and analyzing offer parameters and conditions, preparing presentations as a basis for decisions.
• Creating, updating and optimizing comprehensive and accurate proposals that reflect Clariness and client needs while also staying on top of the Request For Information (RFI) and the Request For Proposal (RFP) processes.
• Designing creative and winning project strategies to support our clients’ clinical research.
