Product Specialist

• Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations
• Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered
• Provide excellent overall customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• May cross train to perform other duties as necessary

• Support customers by providing technical, clinical, and educational assistance on the BioPatch product line
• Represent PDI and the BioPatch product line by servicing existing accounts
• Identify and target BioPatch opportunity accounts within the region
• Achieve and exceed financial quota targets
• Set appointments to present the BioPatch product line
• Coordinate trials and in-services
• Troubleshooting and sample requests
• Attend regional conferences

Western Regional Product Specialist – BioPatch

• Support Western Alliance Bank’s Product Management Team in creating best-in-class commercial card products.
• Participate in the growth, development and expansion of our commercial card product set.
• Work collaboratively across Treasury Management Sales, Product Management, Card Implementation/ Operations, Marketing, Line of Business leaders, industry partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Sales, IT, Risk, Legal, and Executive Team.
• Provide training, pricing, and product benefits to internal partners.
• Create and manage card product process flows.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical product knowledge.
• Research market opportunities for new product enhancements.
• Evaluate new potential vendor solutions.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for the commercial card product offering.
