About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a highly capable and confident dealer network by delivering hands-on training, technical support, and sales enablement.
  • Work closely with Regional Leadership and Territory Managers to ensure dealers can sell, install, set up, fine-tune, and troubleshoot products.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training across planting and seeding product lines.
  • Build dealer capability in product sales, installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide hands-on support during installation, startup, and in-field operation.
  • Strengthen SurePoint’s dealer network by building technical expertise and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and engineering teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with row crop planters, seeding equipment, or precision ag technology.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to train and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a high-travel role.
  • Experience working with dealer networks or ag retail environments preferred.
