Senior Group Manager – Product Marketing

• Develop and maintain compelling product messaging, decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate our value proposition.
• Translate product capabilities and customer pain points into crisp, audience-appropriate content for both business and technical buyers.
• Design visually polished, on-brand presentations using PowerPoint and other tools that are ready for the field, no polish required downstream.
• Pull, analyze, and synthesize pipeline and campaign performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the funnel.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track go-to-market KPIs, content performance, and launch metrics.
• Support campaign and launch planning with data-backed recommendations on messaging, targeting, and channel mix.

Product Marketing Specialist

• Define our sales enablement strategy by identifying obstacles and gaps and prioritizing initiatives that will support our GTM teams in achieving and succeeding our goals.
• Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, Deployment, and other teams to build internal and external facing collateral that will support the GTM team in best selling to and serving our customers.
• Build, manage and automate information and collateral that GTM team members need in order to be effective in their roles.
• Manage the regional Sales and Technical Success training calendar and run trainings that may include new process roll-outs, product launches, and other programs to make the teams more effective in their roles.

GTM Enablement Lead

• Configure and implement Oracle GTM modules and trade compliance solutions.

• Partner with AEs and SDRs to understand where deals are being lost and close those gaps with targeted content.
• Build and run structured onboarding and ramp programs for new sales hires, reducing time-to-first-deal.

• Maintain and monitor enterprise software systems including ERP, HRMS, and CRM platforms
• Generate automated reports and dashboards for management decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, system backups, and user access management across all business applications
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for technical resolutions
