Go-to-Market Manager

• En tant que Product Marketing Manager IoT chez Transatel, vous êtes le trait d'union entre le produit, le marché et les ventes.
• Vous définissez le positionnement, le messaging et le go-to-market des produits et offres IoT, et vous pilotez leur exécution en maintenant une vision de court et de long terme , en étant garant de l'efficacité opérationnelle.
• Vos principales missions seront :
• Positionnement & messaging : Construire les buyer personas et cartographier les parcours d'achat des segments IoT prioritaires (industries, cas d'usage, géographies) - Définir un message et un positionnement différenciants, par persona, déclinés sur l'ensemble des points de contact (site web, contenus, campagnes, événements)
• Go-to-market & lancements : Construire et piloter les plans de lancement des offres (cibles, canaux, contenus, indicateurs de succès) en étroite collaboration avec le produit, le commerce et le marketing - Définir les canaux de distribution les plus pertinents (vente directe, indirecte) et les moyens de faire croître notre notoriété sur ce marché
• Connaissance marché & intelligence concurrentielle : Développer et maintenir une compréhension approfondie du marché : veille concurrentielle, benchmark des offres, analyses win/loss, retours clients - Faire remonter les insights marché et influencer la roadmap en présentant vos recommandations à l'équipe développement produit
• Offres, pricing & packaging : Contribuer à la tarification et packager le fonctionnel en cohérence avec la valeur perçue par chaque segment
• Sales enablement : Créer et maintenir les supports d'aide à la vente : pitchs, battlecards, études de cas, argumentaires par persona - Former les commerciaux sur les offres et les accompagner sur les opportunités clés, afin d'adapter le discours aux besoins des prospects.
• Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour capitaliser sur leurs expertises respectives ainsi qu’en transverse dans l’organisation. Vos interlocuteurs du quotidien seront les équipes commerciales, avant-vente, produit, communication et marketing opérationnel.

IoT Product Marketing Manager

• Join Qonto as a Market Product Marketing Manager intern and play a hands-on role within an established, recognized team.
• Use this internship to contribute directly to Qonto's Market strategy: support the Market PMMs, help them optimize product communication materials, and set up automated processes to support customer-facing teams (Sales and CSD).
• Analyze competitors across core and new markets to identify positioning opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

• Design master GTM and sales enablement assets — corporate and product pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and a customer proof library — and train Sales, Marketing, and CS to build their own winning pitches from them.
• Act as the company's evangelist: on stage at webinars and conferences, with prospects in persona-tuned language, and across the partner ecosystem and broader Microsoft sphere, turning every appearance into a pipeline moment.
• Own messaging and positioning: co-own the FY26 messaging architecture in EN and FR, and sharpen positioning against Microsoft-native alternatives (Viva, LumApps, native SharePoint).
• Own analyst relations: deliver submissions and briefings on time, build a reusable evidence pack, and maintain proactive contact with priority analysts between evaluation cycles.
• Run market intelligence: establish a bi-monthly cadence with recommended actions, track competitors and the Microsoft ecosystem, and turn customer and partner signals into recommendations for Product and GTM.

• Manage Entalpic's conference and events presence: selection, preparation and follow-up
