Product Designer

• Leads important projects in design, development, documentation, debugging and support of the user interface to have best possible user experience.
• Articulates, develops and models the end user experience of the visual design of the application, to make user interaction simple, efficient and consistent.
• Prioritizes and manages work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains awareness of ongoing departmental policy and management initiatives.
• Works whiteboard sketches to full high fidelity digital experiences including responsive web, native mobile, voice, and emerging digital solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to prioritize deliverables, manage and deliver design assets on time, as well as champion the best possible user experience for the brand.
• Creates user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations and other deliverables.
• Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing & user research, and interpreting analytics data.
• Collaborates with managers, front end developers, software engineers, and fellow designers to craft the best translation of the brand and Banner services into compelling interactive experiences.
• Develops, maintains, and upholds interactive style guides, design systems, and enterprise standards to assure continuity of experience across digital products.

Senior Digital Product Designer

• Design the end-to-end systems that drive customer value: onboarding, product and content discovery, training course assignment flows, cross-product expansion, and AI agents that own meaningful tasks and programs.
• Define interaction models for platform-level systems - not just UI layers or “more modals” - covering content metadata, training assignment logic, document and policy management, recertification automation, and cross-product orchestration.
• Translate complex platform architecture into clear, intuitive, and trusted user experiences
• Own the simplification of EasyLlama's most critical UX challenges, such as framing features that are orchestrated into a cohesive, multi-product user experience.
• Design AI-driven systems - recommendation engines, intelligent automation, and AI agents that are usable, trustworthy, and effective.
• Embed AI workflows and actionable guidance into the product in ways users understand and trust.
• Partner with Product Management and Legal experts to design and innovate within defined guardrails for compliance-critical AI experiences.
• Treat AI not as a feature, but as a foundational layer of the systems you are designing.
• Use of AI tooling within your workflow, such as prototyping with modern AI tools (Lovable, v0, Figma Make, etc.) to create clickable MVPs in a day, rapidly turning rough prototypes into dev-ready specs.
• Act as a Design Leader across platform initiatives, influencing decisions beyond your immediate scope
• Partner closely with Senior Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Data Analytics Leads
• Contribute new patterns to the EasyLlama Design System as required for platform-scale complexity, partnering with the Design System owner to extend capabilities consistently across multi-product experiences
• Workshop with Senior Management and Leaders (CxOs, VPs, PMs) to propose, frame, and design UX experiments and hypotheses.
• Define test variants and success criteria; prototype and iterate rapidly based on results
• Design for measurable impact - not subjective preference - balancing speed of iteration with design system consistency.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to track and improve core metrics such as our course assignment rate, activation, retention, and expansion signals.

Staff Product Designer

• Own end-to-end design for a web application for corporate users who own the grocery replenishment function, spanning ordering, exceptions, configuration, and performance.
• Design reporting, insights, and performance dashboards, from table stakes today toward conversational, AI-powered analytics.
• Design exception-based workflows and controls (ordering, display size, configuration, order policy tuning) that let corporate users manage operations without technical depth.
• Shape agentic and conversational experiences that surface AI-powered insights to less-technical customers.
• Own shared portal services UX (admin, permissions, authorization, multi-role) that no single team owns today.
• Build reusable components and keep UX consistent across portal surfaces.
• Ship quickly with the Ordering product and engineering teams using modern AI-assisted tools, and partner with design leadership on cross-product coherence.

Product Designer, Ordering

• Define and execute the global learning experience design strategy
• Establish and govern enterprise learning frameworks, standards, and curriculum architecture
• Design and oversee development of high-impact learning experiences (eLearning, instructor-led, blended)
• Integrate sales methodology, commercial process, and enabling technology into unified, field-ready learning experiences
• Define and implement a measurement framework that evaluates learning effectiveness
• Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, and Regional/BU Enablement teams to align on learning priorities

Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer

• Responsible for intake and quality of all audience selection work for assigned business segment
• Owns consulting on and researching “art of the possible” for assigned business segment within the audience design/list selection domain
• Participates in Marketing Planning ceremonies, proactively bringing forward ideas for consideration and interfaces with the strategic Marketing Core Team for assigned business segment
• Provides direction and coaching to analysts on complex, high-impact or cross-segment initiatives
• Proactively recommends and drives implementation of new audience selection strategies
• Reviews implementation (QA) of net-new audience logic before production go-live and may occasionally perform complex audience builds.
• Supports complex issue resolution
• Develops and optimizes audience selection processes, including creating documentation and training other team members
• Consults with IT on enablement support as well as required technology lifecycle management needs, identifying appropriate sequencing to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Develops User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, executing UAT as well as assigning duties to analysts as necessary
• Leads, plans, coordinates or aligns cross-functional partners on large or complex initiatives.
