Head of Product Design

• Analyzing customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience
• Evaluating existing website interfaces and user interactions
• Translating business and legal requirements into intuitive UX concepts and user-friendly designs
• Creating wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and design concepts
• Building interactive prototypes to validate ideas and collect user feedback
• Supporting the preparation of development requests for our IT teams
• Participating in usability testing before and after implementation
• Monitoring and validating new features and improvements
• Contributing to ongoing website optimization and digital transformation projects

UI/UX Intern

• Translate customer needs into user journeys and design beautiful and intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences.
• Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and flows.
• Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation.
• Present and effectively communicate designs and deliverables to peers and executives.

UI/UX Designer

Digital Product Designer

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries that ensure a cohesive look and feel across iOS, Android, and web interfaces while respecting platform-specific patterns and guidelines.
• Own the entire design process - from concept ideation and user flows to final visual design - ensuring a pixel-perfect, responsive experience across devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with Product Managers to shape product strategy and define requirements, and partner with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and a smooth handoff of assets and specifications.
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics. Strive for iterative improvements that drive measurable increases in user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Advocate for user experience best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of design processes, tooling, and team culture.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive design environment.

• Ship high-quality product experiences across app and web.
• Focus on in-app community experiences but work across broader consumer product over time.
• Shape ideas, design interfaces, prototype interactions, and work closely with engineers.
• Combine strong craft with clear thinking and understand the relationship between product design and business strategy.
• Take ownership and deliver world-class product experiences.
