About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help Rabobank analysts to research integrity risks of customers and potential parties
Shape Rabobank’s design transformation through actionable strategies
Explore and develop innovative ideas that direct products and services
Collaborate with strategists, product owners, developers, and marketing teams
Visualize and validate ideas through mock-ups and prototypes
Work closely with designers and design leads in the Enterprise experience team
Navigate complex stakeholder and IT landscapes
Align research questions with hypotheses, business priorities, and quantifiable goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of experience in UX design
Ability to shape vision and strategy and translate it to visuals and designs
Experience as a Systems Thinker
Ability to translate complex problems and processes into simple and intuitive solutions
Collaboration experience in a multidisciplinary team
Experience applying a journey framework in the context of complex business processes
Familiarity with rapid pace of digital and technological developments
Ability to maneuver through large organizations and gather support for ideas
Experience with Pega Constellation or Cosmos preferable but not required
