Product Adoption Specialist

• Serve as the primary digital adoption support resource for Seismic, focusing on day-to-day platform usage, user support, and execution of adoption activities
• Partner with platform owner to execute updates, enhancements, and user support activities
• Train and onboard Seismic Premium Users on platform best practices, content standards, and expectations
• Execute regular content audits to ensure alignment with governance standards, including content quality, tagging, and naming conventions
• Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to identify gaps and support targeted training or content clean-up efforts
• Work closely with platform owner to align adoption best practices with broader tool adoption goals
• Leverage Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira) to organize and track work, including audit activities, documentation updates, and user support requests

• Drive Industries Adoption Leadership influencing C-suite and product roadmap decisions
• Scale Industries adoption strategy utilizing data-backed recommendations
• Create frameworks allowing customers to measure industry-specific outcomes
• Equip field teams with data-backed playbooks for adoption conversations
• Represent the Customer Success in cross-functional leadership forums

Product Adoption Director, Industries

• Lead time-boxed, structured deployment engagements focusing on Data Protection from kickoff through handoff.
• Conduct on-site workshops with customer IT, security, and data governance teams to define policy requirements.
• Work with our CSM and Deployment specialists who will configure Island Enterprise Platform environments, specifically focusing on DLP (Data Loss Prevention), web filtering, AI protection, data lineage/visibility, and endpoint policy management.
• Identify and remove technical and organizational governance blockers in real-time.
• Deliver a complete, documented handoff that leaves customers ready to manage their data security independently.
• Design, refine, and document the Island Deployment Framework as it relates to data governance.
• Develop specialized workshop guides and customer-facing materials for Data Protection configurations.
• Build a library of reusable deployment artifacts, such as DLP configuration playbooks and best-practice documentation.
• Capture lessons learned from each engagement to improve the overall data governance methodology.
• Develop and refine standardized engagement frameworks, templates, and methodologies for Catalyst Data Protection programs.
• Build reusable governance artifacts—customer guides, assessment frameworks, and configuration templates—for internal and external use.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement across policies and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Security Engineers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate adoption metrics, milestones, and blockers to executive stakeholders at both Island and customer organizations.
• Contribute to the evolution of Island’s Data Protection & Governance Center of Excellence.

Adoption Specialist – Data Protection, Governance

• Own adoption across a growing suite of analytical platforms
• Act as the bridge between a specialist Financial R&D team and 400+ advisory clients
• Ensure that powerful tools translate into measurable value for the institutions using them
• Able to own an adoption metric end-to-end, including tracking active users, identifying lapsed accounts, and building structured rollout campaigns
• Capable of personally running demos, walkthroughs, and onboarding sessions using client data
• Experienced in creating training content, including quick-start guides and short video walkthroughs, to enable self-service onboarding at scale
• Confident in translating between technical R&D teams and non-technical client stakeholders
• Able to monitor platform usage data and identify where engagement drops off
• Skilled at capturing competitive intelligence and client feedback in a form that informs product roadmap decisions
• Bias toward action: When clients are not engaging, the instinct is to pick up the phone and deal directly
