Producer – Digital Originals

• Lead on the commercial success of major industry conferences including hitting quality, revenue and attendance targets and setting sales and marketing strategy for the entire project.
• Research reinsurance market trends, understanding hot business issues and developing conference agendas that will resonate with our professional audiences.
• Conduct high profile marketing campaigns, and will use your commercial acumen to contribute to future strategy and business planning.
• Monitor event performance, planning (strategic, financial and operational), and will provide guidance and coaching to the wider team.

Senior Conference Producer

• Oversee a number of development projects and the ongoing maintenance of all live titles
• Own the full project lifecycle from sourcing and greenlighting through to release and handover
• Ensure live titles remain healthy and up-to-date
• Create agile, per-project team structures with clear responsibilities and decision-making
• Identify skill and resource gaps, create and maintain job descriptions, and lead the full recruitment process for new hires

• Produce on always-on, campaigns and Team Tilbury social content, including for Brand Ambassador Sofia Tilbury, from briefing to pre-production to shoot across moving image and stills
• Managing day to day execution of global content ensuring quality of outcomes for all weekly shoots and calendar planning
• Coordinating pre-production schedules, shoot schedules, optioning crew and creatives, call sheets, sourcing locations & hiring equipment. Managing all shoot logistics
• Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, hair artists, set designers etc to ensure the highest possible level of talent
• Understanding market rates and routinely negotiate the best rates possible with photographers, agents and agencies
