About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating development across significant areas of the project
- Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and content
- Utilising JIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress
- Creating and refining pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably
- Maintaining trust and communication with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners
- Identifying risks and blockers and finding solutions to emerging issues
- Leading sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles
- Solid understanding of Agile development practices
- Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
- Strong collaborator who can facilitate cross‑discipline teamwork
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
