About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that error-free assessment content is produced which is delivered to deadline, meets defined quality criteria and equivalent standards.
Lead the set up and reporting of all key production activities within a designated allocation of content workstreams.
Run processes to ensure they meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders' needs and contractual requirements.
Conduct gap analysis to identify focused areas for change and improvement with a focus on quality, error-free content.
Review process improvement and skills audit output and ensure this is implemented.
Drive continuous process improvement through the conception, development and implementation of clearly defined and documented processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Act as the process owner for the processes related to assessment content, ensuring processes are documented and regularly reviewed
Take ownership of identifying and implementing process and system improvements and changes
Support the response to any internal/external audits or any identified lessons learned for the area of responsibility
Anticipate and respond to changes in external factors, new product demands, services, and systems.
Focus on regulatory compliance and reporting, particularly for managing examination series-related situations.
Explore opportunities to enhance delivery quality and efficiency through new methodologies, processes, and technologies.
