• You advise and support our customers in the digitalization of their purchasing processes and help them to implement these based on strategically central SAP technologies such as next-gen SAP Ariba
• Together with your team, you will optimize the customer's end-to-end purchasing processes
• You will lead (sub-)projects for the transformation of existing systems into a new SAP Ariba environment
• In this role, you manage the entire project cycle: from the Fit-2 standard analysis to the development of a roadmap and the rollout of the new system

Senior Consultant SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba – German

• Manage and develop the supplier base for assigned components, ensuring high performance in delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Support EMEA HLS projects and coordinate procurement activities for allocated components.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers (local and international), lead RFQs, evaluate proposals, and support supplier selection decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contractual terms, and finalize supplier agreements.
• Drive or support supply transfer initiatives to optimize cost and footprint.
• Maintain accurate supplier data in MRP and OneSource systems and monitor supplier performance through KPIs and reporting.
• Participate in supplier audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement.

Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

• Deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner
• Collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
• Organize and manage market tenders
• Evaluate suppliers proposals and perform bid analysis
• Negotiating deals to achieve optimal outcomes
• Draft contracts with vendors
• Identifying opportunities to drive improvements
• Ensuring KPIs, SLAs and performance objectives are met
• Supporting coaching and development of more junior colleagues

Tactical Sourcing Corporate Services

• Ensure the continuous and timely supply of all externally sourced materials and services required for the plant’s procurement operations.
• Initiate and drive cost‑reduction projects within procurement.
• Provide support for the selection, approval (including possible analysis), and development of new suppliers for the plant.
• Support budget planning and forecasting for all purchased volumes.
• Collaborate with and professionally represent Procurement in plant‑assigned PEP projects (Production Material Purchasing), including the communication of cost‑related claims to suppliers.

Project Purchasing Professional

• Deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner
• Collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilities
