Performance Marketing

• You own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed.
• You will set and manage pipeline targets by LOB, allocate budget across channels and segments, and report on marketing’s contribution to bookings.
• You will manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers, each responsible for their respective LOB.
• You will build and scale multi-channel demand programs spanning paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content.
• You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for paid media, ABM, and creative agency partners.
• You will track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MAL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, ARR) across all three LOBs.
• You will partner with Sales leadership across all three LOBs to define funnel stages, establish shared handoff criteria, align on lead scoring and routing logic, and build structured feedback loops that improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness over time.
• You will own the organic growth strategy, including SEO and AI engine optimization, to expand discoverability across traditional search and AI-generated results.

Director, Demand Generation

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Meta (primary), TikTok, Google, and emerging digital channels. Continuously optimize campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to improve efficiency and acquisition volume
• Actively leverage AI tools to automate repeatable campaign management tasks such as bid adjustments, budget pacing alerts, anomaly detection, and performance summaries
• Own the Google, Meta, and TikTok accounts end-to-end, including campaign setup, audience strategy, funnel structure, and automated rules, ensuring execution aligns with defined growth priorities
• Partner with web/product teams to support optimization of the paid acquisition funnel, including landing page testing and performance improvements to increase conversion rates
• Partner with the creative team to execute a structured testing approach across hooks, formats, audiences, and offers, documenting learnings and applying them to improve performance
• Support Grove’s emerging digital channel roadmap by helping test and evaluate new platforms (e.g., TikTok, AI-driven channels), using structured test-and-learn frameworks and providing recommendations on next steps
• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across digital channels, translating results into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the Growth team
• Support incrementality testing across channels using defined methodologies (e.g., geo tests, platform studies), and help interpret results to inform future investment decisions

Paid Media Manager

• Own media budget allocation and pacing across all channels
• Translate data and insights into optimization opportunities
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify untapped channels and opportunities to reach Front’s prospects
• Build and present media plans, including channel rationale, reach/frequency projections, and expected business outcomes
• Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates, and evaluate new inventory opportunities
• Roll up your sleeves on execution: sourcing and vetting sponsorship opportunities, reaching out to partners directly, managing logistics end to end
• Partner with our creative and performance marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are briefed, built, and optimized correctly

Senior Media Planning and Brand Campaign Manager – Contract

• Develop and lead integrated ABM and demand generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue across target enterprise accounts and priority segments
• Design programs that engage enterprise buying groups and personas for our data set, including executive, technical, operational, and functional stakeholders
• Build marketing motions that support long-cycle enterprise sales opportunities and multi-touch engagement strategies
• Translate account, persona, and vertical insights into targeted marketing programs that improve account penetration and sales conversion
• Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content syndication, events, publications, web, and content marketing channels
• Own campaign planning, audience segmentation, messaging alignment, execution timelines, and performance metrics and reporting
• Support website, landing page, and conversion optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and engagement
• Lead pipeline generation reporting and performance analysis across enterprise marketing programs
• Track and analyze campaign influence, sourced pipeline, account engagement, lead-to-opportunity conversion, funnel progression, and stage conversion metrics
• Pull and interpret campaign and pipeline data from Salesforce and related systems to identify trends and communicate performance insights to leadership
• Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Lifecycle teams to align lead scoring, pre-sales funnel stages, handoff processes, and account progression strategies across the customer journey

Director of Enterprise ABM, Demand Generation

• Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one
• Develop and implement data conversion plans
• Design and execute data validation and testing processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
• Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status

Demand Generation Manager

• Evaluates and improves execution quality of complete ad campaign setup in all main channels (Social, Search, Display, Video); anticipates issues and begins diagnosing root causes.
• Interprets performance trends, ties them to goals, and recommends tactical adjustments.
• Manages task dependencies across roles; ensures overall workflow progresses as planned.
• Facilitates portions of client discussions with clarity and preparation.
