Performance Marketing

• You own 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed.
• You will set and manage pipeline targets by LOB, allocate budget across channels and segments, and report on marketing’s contribution to bookings.
• You will manage and develop a team of three Demand Generation Managers, each responsible for their respective LOB.
• You will build and scale multi-channel demand programs spanning paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, and thought-leadership content.
• You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for paid media, ABM, and creative agency partners.
• You will track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MAL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Pipeline, ARR) across all three LOBs.
• You will partner with Sales leadership across all three LOBs to define funnel stages, establish shared handoff criteria, align on lead scoring and routing logic, and build structured feedback loops that improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness over time.
• You will own the organic growth strategy, including SEO and AI engine optimization, to expand discoverability across traditional search and AI-generated results.

Director, Demand Generation

• Lead demand generation strategy and performance across VSB inbound, Key Account ABM, lifecycle, CRO, cross-sell, attribution, and reporting
• Design full-funnel campaign frameworks that connect paid, content, email, events, lifecycle, and ABM/ABX into coordinated plays mapped to segment, funnel stage, and revenue target
• Design and operate multi-agent campaign stacks that orchestrate execution across channels, with agents handling research, audience selection, asset variants, sequencing, and in-flight optimization through a campaign's lifecycle
• Develop a multi-agent ABM stack for Key Accounts that coordinates account research, fit and intent signal monitoring, enrichment, account prioritization, sequencing input for sales, and CRM hygiene
• Stand up attribution and reporting workflows that deliver weekly full-funnel reporting, channel and campaign ROI, conversion by stage, and pacing against pipeline targets
• Run continuous CRO experiments across forms, pages, flows, and conversion paths, measured against pipeline
• Define audience segmentation, buying committee strategies, and conversion paths by funnel stage, account tier, and intent
• Translate funnel performance into executive-ready recommendations and decisions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Web, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to align demand programs with GTM priorities and positioning

Director of Demand Generation

• Lead and execute SBA Pro-Life America’s Iowa political and grassroots strategy for the 2026 midterms and 2028 Presidential Caucus
• Serve as the primary conduit between Iowa operations and SBA’s national leadership team
• Implement comprehensive grassroots and grasstops campaign plans to mobilize voters and key stakeholders
• Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with state and local pro-life organizations, conservative leaders, and coalition partners
• Act as SBA’s primary liaison to Iowa Republican Party leadership at the state and local levels
• Recruit, hire, and manage field, communications, and consulting staff as needed to meet campaign objectives
• Oversee campaign budgets, reporting, and compliance in coordination with SBA headquarters

Campaign Manager

• Own and evolve early lifecycle (EMOB) engagement strategy to drive activation, card usage, and customer retention
• Translate customer behavior and campaign performance data into targeted messaging and actionable strategies
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels, including planning, targeting, creative development, deployment, and optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement through testing, segmentation, and performance insights
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned to business goals
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements while maintaining speed, quality, and risk discipline
• Drive operational improvements by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline execution
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders
• Support campaigns across a diverse portfolio of branded and co-branded credit card products, including new product launches

Customer Engagement Manager – Credit Cards

• Own media budget allocation and pacing across all channels
• Translate data and insights into optimization opportunities
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify untapped channels and opportunities to reach Front’s prospects
• Build and present media plans, including channel rationale, reach/frequency projections, and expected business outcomes
• Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates, and evaluate new inventory opportunities
• Roll up your sleeves on execution: sourcing and vetting sponsorship opportunities, reaching out to partners directly, managing logistics end to end
• Partner with our creative and performance marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are briefed, built, and optimized correctly

Senior Media Planning and Brand Campaign Manager – Contract

• Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one
• Develop and implement data conversion plans
• Design and execute data validation and testing processes
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
• Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status

Demand Generation Manager

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive paid media briefs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on objectives, channel mix, audiences, creative needs, budget allocation, and measurement framework.
