• Leader responsible for market penetration through targeted Payroll campaigns that deliver incremental revenue from new and/or existing clients
• Manage and achieve Division’s productive sales goal on a monthly basis while managing a team of Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors
• Recruit and interview TM and PCA candidates
• Deploy divisional communication
• Manage PCA/TM activity
• Develop TMs
• Build TM business plans
• Develop, manage, and enhance partnerships across internal teams and external organizations

Payroll Division Manager

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine.
• Update/modify existing extensions or tailored software.
• Experience with integration of PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing Oracle PeopleSoft HCM solutions to support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements across a variety of PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials (AP, AR, GL), and Campus Solutions.
• Develop and support complex components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Event Mapping.
• Strong experience with SQL, SQR, PS/Query, BI Publisher, and web services.
• Support integrations with third-party and legacy systems using REST/SOAP Web Services, file-based integrations, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, data integrity problems, and system bugs across multiple modules.
• Apply security best practices, manage user roles/permissions, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.).
• Support batch scheduling, job streams, and workflow automation using Application Engine, Process Scheduler, and PeopleSoft Workflows.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, change control artifacts, and deployment packages.

Peoplesoft Developer, Global Payroll

• Manage the complete multi-system payroll process for multiple Legal entities to ensure accurate and timely completion to finalize payroll for multiple legal entities
• Prepare, analyze, research, and reconcile payroll reports and documents for accuracy, implementing necessary adjustments or corrections for biweekly and weekly cycles
• Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to identify, research and implement corrections needed for pay-related issues for timely payroll payments
• Manage the process for all Payroll Service Requests and either resolve accordingly or reassign as needed
• Adapt to a changing environment supporting multiple pay-cycles, along with collaborating with other teams/departments
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and instant messaging to educate and accurately answer employee questions
• Manage the process for Short Term Disability, Shoes for Crews, Baby Bonding and Maternity Leave, etc. to ensure accurate and timely payments or refunds

Payroll Coordinator

• Prepare, process, and verify weekly and bi-weekly payroll data for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll disbursements.
• Review timekeeping records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain payroll data within the HRIS/payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and Company policies, with a focus on state tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and work closely with Shared Services team to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure employee records are updated as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings in a professional and timely manner.
• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and tax compliance.

Payroll Specialist – Contractor

• Process biweekly payroll for 450+ employees across multiple states in ADP
• Ensure accuracy across wages, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions
• Manage payroll tax setup, filings, and payments (federal, state, local)
• Audit payroll data from multiple inputs (HR, benefits, finance) prior to processing
• Maintain and update employee data within ADP
• Serve as the go-to for payroll-related questions from employees and managers
• Monitor integrations impacting payroll (benefits, expenses, etc.)
• Support internal and external audits with payroll data and reporting
• Partner with Accounting and leadership on payroll reporting and reconciliations
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with retention requirements
• Help improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation
• Support training on payroll and timekeeping processes

Payroll and Tax Administrator

• Responsible for providing overall day to day guidance related to employee pay including Time and Attendance, Payroll, tax and Pay Statements
• Work collaboratively with the members of the Finance, I/S and human resource team
• Accountable for providing support to the Payroll Specialists
• Manage the timely and accurate processing of payroll, tax and related payroll data
• Serve as an internal payroll liaison for the payroll systems and the HRIS team
• Develop and recommend policy and procedural changes to payroll functions
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure that employees and managers receive accurate, timely and appropriate information regarding payroll
• Maintain employee payroll records and documents
• Provide reports for payroll, time and attendance, employee statistics, benefits and retirement plan contributions and employer match
