About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Plan Sponsors and HR/PR vendors on interface feeds containing financial and participant data for defined contributions plans
- Clarify data requirements and provide appropriate specifications
- Coordinate delivery of required systems configuration and systems interfaces
- Document the payroll specifications for clients/payroll vendors and ongoing service team
- Manage payroll testing process and troubleshoot technology gaps
- Monitor payroll conversion schedule throughout the process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in implementation and/or 401(k) operations
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and plan for them
- Proven problem solving and client management abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of Fidelity proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
