• Oversee and manage the successful weekly/biweekly processing of several multi-state payrolls
• Provides support and training on payroll software and time keeping systems to Hotel staff
• Ensures that weekly/biweekly payrolls are processed accurately and timely
• Trains and assists properties with the payroll process and weekly approvals
• Processes off cycle checks, reversals and voids
• Audits and reconciles payroll data

Temporary Payroll Specialist

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine.
• Update/modify existing extensions or tailored software.
• Experience with integration of PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing Oracle PeopleSoft HCM solutions to support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements across a variety of PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials (AP, AR, GL), and Campus Solutions.
• Develop and support complex components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Event Mapping.
• Strong experience with SQL, SQR, PS/Query, BI Publisher, and web services.
• Support integrations with third-party and legacy systems using REST/SOAP Web Services, file-based integrations, and middleware tools.

• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support the Workday Payroll and Absence functional areas and roadmap, including the established list of global priorities
• Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product
• Maintains clear and up to date list of key deliverables and timelines, developing plans to achieve those targets and proactively communicating progress to a variety of stakeholders
• Ensures that the delivered product meets or exceeds the business' needs and business objectives

• Serve as a subject matter expert in expatriate payroll services for international assignments.
• Oversee payroll governance for US expat payrolls, including timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Document and develop procedures and provide training and support to team members.
• Serve as a point of escalation and approve team deliverables.
• Maintain and ensure payroll compliance within company policy.
• Ensure data integrity in expat management system relating to compensation history.

• Ensure employees across multiple countries and pay frequencies are paid accurately and on time.

• Calculate and report tax liabilities, including periodic, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reconciliations; validate payroll tax reporting and related activities, including year-end forms.
• Manage payroll tax reporting system processes.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure strong service delivery and accuracy
• Respond to and resolve employee and stakeholder queries through the team’s ticketing system.
