About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
- Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
- Document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
- Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US payroll processing
- Understanding of expatriate payroll administration
- Experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
- Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution
- Proficiency in excel
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
