About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of U.S. expatriate payrolls.
  • Process U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
  • Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
  • Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in US payroll processing.
  • In depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
