• Oversee all field operations, including maintenance, make-readies, inspections, and access control.
• Drive improvements in Work Order (WO) completion and conversion ratios.
• Ensure accountability for curb appeal, field results, and tenant satisfaction.

Maintenance Operations Manager

• Secure new customers and retain/develop existing accounts to drive business growth.

Senior Order Management Specialist, Operations

• Conduct artist outreach through Instagram, email, and other approved communication channels
• Follow up with artists who have been contacted previously
• Respond to inbound artist messages in a professional and timely manner
• Help manage ongoing artist communication and keep conversations moving forward
• Support the company's increasing shift from social media-based outreach toward more organized email based outreach
• Assist in moving artists through the booking and approval pipeline
• Track artist status across internal sheets and systems
• Help coordinate next steps for approved artists, including follow ups for missing information, assets, or responses

• Review pre alert and check shipment documents as required for customs clearance.
• Ensure advance GD filing for shipments.
• Review SOP and prepare the requirements as per SOP.
• Check ETA, Quote, contact stakeholders e.g., Forwarder, carrier, custodian, billing party.
• Share checklist with client, secure approval of checklist, ensure GD is filed and GD shared if RMS else get operations to do assessment and then share assessed GD.
• Ensure customs duty is paid by client or through DSV finance if terms DDP (check credit).
• Check the OOC status and planning to be done for shipment release.
• Raise billing instructions and ensure Invoice done and Courier the complete documents dispatch set to consignee.
• Scanning of post clearance documents in E- Doc.
• Client PD account management.
• Cost and revenue positing in EDI.
• Follow up the accounts for approval and releasing of documents to customer.
• Courier all the documents along with debit note to customer and maintain the POD in file.
