About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

To manage the ocean freight global accounts as a single window for customer correspondence, operations and higher productivity through timely & accurate documentation, operations and effective coordination with outsourced service providers/vendors.
Shipment tracking, issuance of invoices and coordination with counterparts.
Handle documentation and operations of Sea Freight Export.
Working knowledge of export procedures and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with the standard area operating.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be graduated with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
