• Your primary responsibilities are to ensure that within Real Asset Operations:
• All risks are identified, assessed and managed in line with risk appetite.
• The control environment is well-designed, comprehensive, and effective.
• There is a strong risk culture with high levels of risk awareness.
• Overseeing and supporting senior management to ensure that within Real Asset Operations (i) all risks are identified, assessed and managed, and ii) the control environment is well-designed, comprehensive, and effective. This should be achieved in the context of the business strategy and risk appetite and in line with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies, procedures, and limits.
• Ensuring proactive identification and timely recording and escalation of Risk Issues and Operational Risk Events. Ensuring that root cause is identified and solutions to prevent reoccurrence are identified and implemented (where appropriate). Similarly, ensuring that "read across" of Risk Issues and Operational Risk Events takes place so that learnings from weaknesses identified in one area are applied to all areas.
• Performing deep dive "Risk Reviews" within Real Asset Operations to assess how robustly and comprehensively risks are mitigated and/or investigate potential weaknesses in the control framework. (For example, this could involve an assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of controls in an end-to-end process or in a complete customer journey.)
• Ensuring robust and comprehensive governance of risk and controls within Real Asset Operations. This includes ensuring appropriate visibility of the status of risks and controls owned by Real Asset Operations and escalation of material issues - as well as driving appropriate action from the accountable individuals.
• Providing independent and insightful analysis of the risk and control environment within Real Asset Operations. For example, analysing key risk indicators, key control indicators, risk ratings, control ratings, issues, events, audit findings etc. to identify trends and thematic weaknesses (e.g., unmitigated risks or ineffective controls) that require addressing. Providing guidance on how best to address these concerns.
• Ensuring high levels of risk awareness, good risk management and control design / control operation competencies – underpinned by a strong risk culture throughout Real Asset Operations. (This includes ensuring that all staff operate in accordance with risk policy, comply with relevant regulation and behave in line with the Citco Corporate Code of Ethics.)
• Partnering with Group Risk Management to support Control Testing, Business Continuity Management and the evolution of risk policies and framework.

Senior VP – Real Asset Operations Control Officer

• Review, Call, Analyze and Manage assigned outstanding receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved, follow up effectively for additional information as needed with insurance companies for claims resolution, follow up with the insurance company on the outstanding/denied claims and resolve them within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s),

Operations Executive

• Manage Incident and Problem ITIL processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve process controls and simplify process.
• Track technology incidents across the organization and drive reduction in incident counts.
• Ensure right severity classification of incidents, appropriate communications to stakeholders.
• Define process KPIs and develop MIS dashboards.
