Marketing Analyst

• Leading strategic analysis of marketing programs, channels, and campaigns across the customer journey to assess effectiveness
• Delivering actionable insights to enhance lead quality, boost conversion rates, and improve acquisition and retention
• Partnering with Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Finance to build integrated measurement frameworks and guide strategic planning
• Evaluating marketing's impact on revenue and pipeline to inform data-driven budget allocation and investment strategies
• Translating complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior executives and key stakeholders
• Championing marketing performance measurement, standardized reporting, and scalable systems to support accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making

Senior Marketing Analyst

• Own the analytics strategy for retention marketing and product marketing, including defining KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and translating outputs into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Partner with product and lifecycle marketers to design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across email, push, and in-app channels, ensuring rigorous incrementality measurement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give marketing and product teams a clear, real-time view of retention health and campaign performance.
• Develop deep behavioral insights into how different user segments activate, retain, and churn, using cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and churn prediction to surface at-risk users and high-value audiences before they're lost.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Finance on planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, and support translation of company OKRs into Growth Marketing team priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Product Analytics to align on shared metrics, improve data instrumentation, and surface insights that inform both marketing and product roadmaps.

Lead Marketing Analyst, Growth Marketing

• Apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate marketing channel performance, customer behavior, and digital campaign effectiveness
• Leverage large, complex datasets across digital, CRM, and sales channels to generate actionable insights
• Perform quantitative and statistical analyses (e.g., A/B testing, attribution analysis, segmentation, propensity modeling)
• Analyze and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Support and mentor junior analysts

• Collaborate with key local stakeholders and leads from other regions to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Spearhead campaign innovation by identifying local trends, benchmarking competitors, and aligning implementation with local leadership teams.
• Act as a project manager for local initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning to CRM campaign execution.
• Oversee the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels.

Growth Marketing Analyst

• Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to increase subscriber retention and drive family member conversions. By identifying and testing strategies to maximize subscriber lifetime value, you’ll ensure users remain engaged and continue to see value in their membership. Leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll analyze user behavior and churn trends to proactively address pain points and optimize the subscriber journey.
• You will lead the Ambassador Program, activating subscribers as advocates through referrals, testimonials, and engagement campaigns. At the same time, you’ll drive go-to-market strategies for new partner launches, ensuring subscribers stay informed and engaged with what's available to them at Wellhub.
• Your role will involve using analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and continuously optimize lifecycle marketing efforts. Through A/B testing, campaign iteration, and data-driven decision-making, you will refine messaging, campaign structures, and engagement tactics to improve performance.
• As part of a global team, you'll collaborate with key local stakeholders (Client Success, Product Development, Client Experience, Partners Marketing) and leads from other regions to manage cross-functional initiatives, get input from local teams, and give visibility of your work. Build trust and foster a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Spearhead campaign innovation by identifying local trends, benchmarking competitors and marketing initiatives from other companies. Prioritize and align implementation internally and externally with the Global structure and local leadership teams.
• Act as a project manager for local initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning to CRM campaign execution in an agile manner. Highly effective at following campaign build best practices within Braze (set up, QA, review) to proactively avoid errors. Comfortable escalating concerns + asking questions to ensure campaigns are set up correctly. Document learnings following Global guidelines.
• Oversee the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing (and Gympass) best practices. Be hands-on using existing templates to develop marketing creatives with drag-and-drop tools like Canva, Figma, and Structured Web.

• Strategically own client projects, developing innovative, high-impact data solutions that empower marketers to enhance performance, personalization, and ROI
• Develop quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to demonstrate the performance of key business initiatives and identify areas for optimization
• Synthesize complex analytics into compelling top-level findings for presentations to senior marketing executives
• Build things and seeing your ideas through to the end-product, whether it’s a Tableau dashboard, an Excel output, or an elegant SQL code solution

• Own brand media measurement planning and strategy
• Lead the application, governance, and reporting cadence of the brand measurement framework
