About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic analytics partner for lifecycle and CRM initiatives
- Partner with PMM, Product, and Data Science to measure impact, improve lifecycle programs, and identify opportunities
- Own measurement strategy for lifecycle programs and experiments
- Analyze user behavior across lifecycle stages to identify patterns and high-impact levers for retention
- Communicate insights clearly and influence through data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in analytics in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally in consumer tech
- Strong background in lifecycle marketing, CRM analytics, retention, engagement, cohort analysis, and user behavior measurement
- Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and other growth experiments
- Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable using data independently
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
