• Working Professionals (where applicable to the programme)
• Understand:
• Student's grade/course
• Curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, State Board, etc.)
• Subject or programme interest
• Academic goals
• Preferred learning mode (Online/Offline)
• Budget
• Purchase timeline
• Recommend suitable IME products or programmes based on the learner's requirements.
• Counselling Coordination & CRM Management
• Schedule qualified counselling sessions with the Counsellor or Enrolments Team.
• Confirm appointments and ensure high attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and interaction notes.
• Follow up on webinar, website, and campaign-generated enquiries to maximise lead-to-enrolment conversion.
• Ensure 100% CRM hygiene and timely reporting.

Inside Sales Manager – Inbound, Student Enrolments

• Inbound Lead Management: Respond to every paid marketing-generated institutional enquiry within the defined SLA and handle inquiries received through different channels while ensuring every lead is accurately recorded in the CRM.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify enquiries from various educational institutions, understand customer requirements, recommend IME solutions based on those requirements, and identify key decision-makers.
• Meeting Scheduling & CRM Management: Schedule qualified meetings, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up on generated enquiries to maximize lead-to-meeting conversion.

Inside Sales Manager – Inbound, Institution

• Analysis of customer enquiries with regard to technical feasibility and economic conditions.
• Preparation of quotation documents including technical specifications, calculations and delivery times.
• Coordination with internal departments such as design, purchasing, production and sales.
• Providing technical advice to customers during the quotation phase.
• Identifying potential for optimization to improve competitiveness.
• Participating in contract negotiations and handovers to project management.
• Independent recognition of priorities and corresponding processing of customer requests.
• Design 2D drawings and 3D models in Mechanical CAD (Siemens NX), that are aligned to the internal specifications, performance requirements and safety standards.
• Ensuring needs-based communication in unclear situations.
• Report spent hours in SAP and Jira ticket system to ensure data quality.
