IT Support

• Administer and improve our core IT platforms across MDM, SaaS, identity, cloud, office networking and automation.
• Manage company devices and endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune or similar.
• Administer identity, directory and SSO platforms, with a strong focus on Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Work with SSO, user lifecycle and provisioning setups using technologies such as SAML, SCIM, or OAuth.
• Manage key SaaS and collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack and other business-critical tools.
• Support cloud administration across Azure, including access management, configuration, monitoring and security best practices.
• Support and improve office network infrastructure, especially UniFi/Ubiquiti environments, including Wi-Fi, switches, VLANs, VPNs and basic troubleshooting.
• Improve user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, role-based access, access reviews and least-privilege configurations.
• Support secure adoption of AI tools, including access control, data protection, and usage guidelines.
• Help maintain and improve security and data privacy controls across endpoints, SaaS tools, cloud platforms and networks.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, internal procedures and self-service materials.
• Collaborate with cross-location teams to keep our IT environment reliable, secure and scalable.

• Acting as both strategic leader and technical owner, balancing long-term direction with hands-on delivery.
