About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of IT operations and infrastructure across Poland and Hungary.
- Administer Azure and on-premises environments — hands-on, independently, every day.
- Run ITIL processes in practice — incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management.
- Manage outsourced IT vendors — contracts, SLAs, escalations, performance reviews.
- Coordinate IT procurement and support budget control.
- Ensure IT security, compliance, and business continuity.
- Be the single point of ownership for IT across Poland and Hungary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure roles
- Proven hands-on experience administering Azure environments
- Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure and on-premises)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks
- Ability to prioritize issues and deliver practical, effective solutions
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Nice to Have: Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or higher, ITIL certification, VMware or Hyper-V experience, PowerShell automation skills, Multi-country IT experience
