IT Support

• You are the technical expert within the Supply Chain IT team and carry full responsibility for multiple specific applications and technical areas, including voice picking, mobile computers, label printing, CCTV, access solutions and IT equipment rooms within the DCs.
• Implementing, configuring and testing technical infrastructure and applications within the DC landscape
• Actively monitoring the technical infrastructure and proactively advising on improvements
• Translating functional requirements into technical specifications and change requests
• Monitoring the handling of incidents by suppliers based on agreed SLAs and escalating where necessary
• Independently managing smaller projects without a Project Manager, supported by the Service Delivery Manager
• Coaching junior and medior Technical Specialists in their daily activities and development
• Identifying improvement opportunities on your own initiative and aligning with business stakeholders
• Ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation in accordance with current guidelines and the IT control framework

Senior Technical Specialist – IT Supply Chain

• You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees
• Support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software
• User account management (Active Directory)
• Help internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system
• Align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team

IT Support Intern

• Provide first-line support to users, assisting with software-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Pluxbox platform, RadioManager, metadata.
• Assist users in software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Log and track support requests, providing timely feedback and resolution through the company's ticketing system.
• Collaborate with development and IT support teams to identify recurring software issues and suggest improvements.
• Help maintain and update software documentation and user guides.
• Conduct software testing to reproduce issues and ensure fixes are effective.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support staff when necessary.
• Participate in the maintenance of IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and other systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Assist in training users on software usage and best practices to improve efficiency.

• Define and maintain architecture blueprints, standards, and roadmaps.
• Create reference engineering processes for applications, APIs, integrations, data, and cloud platforms.
• Lead design authority reviews and guide technology decisions across engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, data, quality and operations teams.
• Mentor solution architects and engineers. Promote best practices across the organization.

Contract Enterprise Architect

• Plan and execute risk based audits across financial, operational, and technology areas in line with the internal audit plan.
• Develop audit scopes informed by enterprise risk assessments and emerging threats.
• Lead walkthroughs and direct fieldwork with structured testing, sampling, and evidence standards.
• Oversee audit working papers and workflow documentation to professional standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices across processes and systems.
• Assess governance, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Test design and operating effectiveness of key controls and identify gaps across the firm’s lines of defense.
• Review critical systems and platforms for control design, security, and operational integrity.
• Assess application controls, access, change management, and data integrity.
• Provide independent assurance over new initiatives, system implementations, and emerging technology adoption.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
• Provide practical, risk based recommendations and own remediation tracking through to closure.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to validate observations and escalate significant exposures.
• Promote a strong risk and control culture across the organization through audit engagement and awareness.
• Stay current on industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory frameworks.
• Apply IIA standards and contribute to the evolution of audit methodologies and quality processes.
