About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees
- Support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software
- User account management (Active Directory)
- Help internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system
- Align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses
- You are fluent in English
- You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn
- Being enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
- You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork
