About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees
  • Support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software
  • User account management (Active Directory)
  • Help internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn
  • Being enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork
