About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees
Support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software
User account management (Active Directory)
Help internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system
Align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses
You are fluent in English
You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn
Being enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork
