• Partner with technical leaders on org design, workforce planning, and scaling, translating business and product priorities into a clear people strategy
• Guide leaders and teams through growth, restructuring, and other moments of change
• Define how HRBP work functions in Korea - building the playbooks, practices, and feedback loops the People team runs on, and contributing to how global People programs evolve based on what you learn on the ground
• Own talent and performance end to end, from reviews and calibration to promotions, leveling, and succession, setting a high bar for technical talent
• Coach managers and senior leaders, and strengthen a high-performance, high-trust culture and strong employee experience
• Serve as a thought partner to the Country Manager, Korea & Global Head of People on cross-regional people strategy - not just executing global programs in Korea, but shaping how they work across regions
• Partner with the People team across the employee lifecycle and employee relations, keeping practices fair and compliant with Korean labor law
• Use people data and modern tooling to sharpen decisions and improve how People programs run

Senior HR Business Partner, Technical Organizations

• Design, improve, and operate salary structures and compensation policies
• Manage annual processes such as merit-based salary increases and promotions
• Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and analyze internal pay equity
• Plan and operate performance-based incentive systems (eligibility, target setting, validation)
• Design and manage employee benefits programs
• Establish, revise, and communicate C&B policies, guidelines, and operational standards aligned with global standards
• Respond to internal and external audits, and comply with legal requirements such as labor standards and tax laws
• Provide compensation consulting and policy guidance to HRBPs and line managers

HR C&B Specialist

• Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination via external vendors as needed
• Contribute to operational accuracy and process stability in a lean team environment
• Collaborate with Finance and IR to provide accurate HR data for corporate disclosures and ensure compliance with KOSDAQ requirements
• Support tax-related processes for equity programs, including withholding tax handling and coordination with relevant stakeholders and external vendors
• Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting for public company requirements
• Evaluate and improve current stock-based compensation programs (Stock Options, etc.)
• Support the design and implementation of new equity incentive schemes aligned with a KOSDAQ-listed environment and global growth
• Support operational processes related to stock option exercises, taxation, and equity administration
• Conduct data-driven compensation benchmarking and analyze peer group data within the industry to support informed salary and incentive decisions
• Refine, administer, and continuously improve existing Total Rewards programs integrating cash, benefits, and equity to support high talent density and long-term retention
• Work with the global HR team to develop and improve internal HR workflows, documentation, and employee-facing materials (e.g., onboarding guides, welcome handbooks) to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
• Participate in and support key HR initiatives, including the introduction of new equity programs and the setup of HR processes for new international entities
• Support implementation and operationalization of evolving global reward programs
• Support HR forecasting and operational follow-up processes, including workforce planning, compensation tracking, and coordination of ongoing HR initiatives
