About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, improve, and operate salary structures and compensation policies
  • Manage annual processes such as merit-based salary increases and promotions
  • Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and analyze internal pay equity
  • Plan and operate performance-based incentive systems (eligibility, target setting, validation)
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs
  • Establish, revise, and communicate C&B policies, guidelines, and operational standards aligned with global standards
  • Respond to internal and external audits, and comply with legal requirements such as labor standards and tax laws
  • Provide compensation consulting and policy guidance to HRBPs and line managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • TOEIC Speaking IH, OPIc Speaking IH, or higher
