About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, improve, and operate salary structures and compensation policies
Manage annual processes such as merit-based salary increases and promotions
Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and analyze internal pay equity
Plan and operate performance-based incentive systems (eligibility, target setting, validation)
Design and manage employee benefits programs
Establish, revise, and communicate C&B policies, guidelines, and operational standards aligned with global standards
Respond to internal and external audits, and comply with legal requirements such as labor standards and tax laws
Provide compensation consulting and policy guidance to HRBPs and line managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Native-level proficiency in Korean
Experience in the manufacturing industry
TOEIC Speaking IH, OPIc Speaking IH, or higher
