• Support global daily operations of the Global CoE for Engagement & Belonging, including coordination and documentation
• Maintain and update Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement content across internal platforms (e.g., website, HR Brandhub)
• Prepare, adapt, and deploy marketing materials such as content, graphics, and images for global use
• Assist with communication and event-related tasks, including consent management, mailings, and distribution lists
• Manage user access for collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams channels)
• Process purchase orders, expense settlements, and invoicing for external vendors

Senior Specialist, Global HR SSC Engagement & Belonging

• Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region
• Help optimize HR processes and systems
• Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams, translating business needs into digital solutions
• Support and enhance HR IT systems, including requirements gathering, testing, releases, and change requests
• Focus on UKG and SAP HCM
• Work closely with international stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, HR IT, Global CoEs, and external partners
• Support the rollout and adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and user support
• Bring a consultative mindset while taking ownership and maintaining a hands-on approach to implementation and problem-solving.

HR Process and System Management Specialist – Europe

• Update & set up Learning content based on global Learning concepts delivered by the global CoE
• Answer to first level training related inquiries from MAHLE employees within defined timeframe
• Contribute to the promotion of global Learning activities
• Support the enablement of managers and employees with regard to global Learning policies, standards, processes and tools
• Assist in day-to-day administrative activities within the scope of regional SSC Germany
• Create reports on completions of the training activities within the area of responsibility
• Cooperate with local HR and SME within the organization
• Provide a high level of service to MAHLE employees and internal stakeholders
