• Solves 3rd level support tickets in reporting and compensation
• Supports configuration and testing of compensation solutions
• Analyzes requests and identifies cross-stream impacts
• Educates Workday stream communities about new technical features
• Stays informed about the Workday reporting/compensation roadmap
• Mentors team members and shares knowledge
