• Manage paid media campaigns across global and MEA-specific performance platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant regional paid media platforms.
• Optimize campaigns against business goals including new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, conversion rate, and payback period.
• Develop budget allocation strategies across markets, channels, campaigns, audiences, and funnel stages based on performance, incrementality, and growth potential.
• Lead performance creative testing across paid social, search, display, app, and regional media platforms.
• Partner with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate performance assets, including static ads, short-form video, UGC-style creative, localized messaging, promotional creative, landing page concepts, and app install assets.
• Build and manage structured testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative concepts, offers, landing pages, and platform-specific optimization tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance by market, channel, audience, creative, product category, device, and customer segment to identify opportunities for scale and efficiency.
• Lead measurement efforts across attribution, incrementality, media mix insights, geo testing, holdout testing, lift studies, cohort analysis, and LTV-based optimization.
• Work with analytics and data science partners to improve performance reporting, attribution accuracy, incrementality measurement, and decision-making frameworks.
• Evaluate platform-reported performance against internal measurement, incrementality, and business-level outcomes.
• Manage relationships with media platforms, regional paid media partners, and performance agencies to drive improved campaign performance and access to beta opportunities.
• Monitor performance trends, auction dynamics, competitive intensity, CPM/CPC/CVR shifts, and platform changes across MEA markets.
• Communicate performance results, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Growth Marketing Manager – MEA

• Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for your business line.
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives.
• Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor performance and quickly identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution collaborating with Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, Community Management, Partnerships & Affiliates, Organic Social Media, and Creative teams.
• Drive Data-Driven Decision Making by analyzing funnel performance and business metrics.

Business Growth Lead

• Partner up with product and strategy teams to own the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
• Develop stories and campaigns that differentiate our platform in a competitive global market.
• Partner with data, analytics and product to define user personas (e.g. retail traders, crypto newcomers, high-frequency traders) and map tailored journeys for each.
• Lead on creative/copy positioning and brief submission for growth teams to deliver impactful and localised campaigns.
• Work closely with product managers to align on roadmap priorities and customer feedback loops.
• Partner up with the product team to manage the go-to-market planning for feature launches.
• Conceptualise integrated marketing campaigns across in-app, email, web, social, and earned media for UA to execute.
• Partner with marketing, growth and product teams to ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-informed.
• Coordinate with local market teams and growth to adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts: localisation across product messaging, local behaviour and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
• Run user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to understand pain points and improve UX/messaging.
• Design lifecycle programs that drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
• Conceptualise promotions, streaks, and incentive programs that reward engagement and boost retention.
• Work with data, analytics and product teams to identify drop-off points and optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
• Work with Growth and Product to define KPIs across funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
• Report using tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel: work closely with analytics and product to iterate quickly.
