• Translate global growth strategies and orchestration frameworks into integrated planning and deployment plans across channels, consumer touchpoints, and markets.
• Enable the cross-channel activation of data models ensuring that consumer data from the Growth Hub is translated into scalable CX execution
• Prioritise growth initiatives by balancing business impact, consumer value, market readiness, resource requirements, and execution feasibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and alignment across marketing, data, CRM, media, marketplaces, analytics, and technology teams to ensure deployment readiness.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end deployment roadmaps, including timelines, achievements, dependencies, procedural frameworks, and execution handoffs.
• Lead deployment governance and performance tracking, proactively leading risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and escalation pathways.
• Enable market teams through deployment playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best-practice guidance to drive consistent and high-quality activation.
• Monitor deployment performance against agreed KPIs, capturing insights, learnings, and optimisation opportunities to improve future growth initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of planning, deployment, and test-and-learn processes by embedding feedback loops, measurement frameworks, and scalable ways of working.

Growth Planning & Deployment Manager

• Mentor your seniors. Delegate meaningfully, coach Senior Consultants to grow, and build the kind of team that holds each other accountable without losing trust.
• Solve problems structurally. Take messy inputs, ambiguous client asks, poor data, competing priorities, and turn them into clear, actionable plans. Structured thinking is your edge.
• Monitor what matters. Set KPIs, track performance across accounts, spot when something's off, and course-correct fast. Commercial awareness is part of how you operate, not an afterthought.
• Innovate with AI. Use generative AI tools to improve how your team works, from creative and analytical processes to day-to-day efficiencies, and help Phiture stay ahead of the curve.
• Grow the business. Support pitches and business development, with the ability to accurately scope new work and set your team up for a strong start.

Mobile Growth Lead

• Systematically explore, validate, and scale unconventional growth opportunities across acquisition, distribution, and demand generation
• Operate as a high-leverage growth explorer: combining experimentation, creativity, data, AI, and GTM thinking to uncover asymmetric opportunities that can meaningfully accelerate Coverflex's growth trajectory
• Get a consistent flow of SQLs or Qualified Signups
• Measure success through KPIs including Net new revenue acquisition contribution and innovative experiments

Growth Lead

• Define and execute the communication, engagement, and conversion strategy for the Hub.
• Own the full growth lifecycle across the Hub surface.
• Shape cross-brand journeys, in-product messaging, and conversion experiments.
• Design and iterate cross-brand notifications, in-product CTAs, onboarding nudges.
• Build and execute multi-channel user communication programs across email and in-product messaging.
• Define hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyse results, and scale what works.
• Instrument tracking, monitor funnel and engagement metrics.
• Use analytics, automation, and AI-assisted tools to support experimentation.
