Growth Marketing

• Build and scale the content creator program
• Source, vet, and activate content creators and influencers across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, podcasts, and other channels focused on developers, AI builders, and technical decision-makers.
• Own the program structure: tiers, compensation models (fixed fee, CPA, hybrid), onboarding, and regional execution aligned to GTM priorities.
• Manage budgets, contracts, rates, and usage rights across all creator partnerships
• Own channel planning and forecasting.
• Stay ahead of creator-economy trends, platform shifts, emerging formats, and new talent, and bring that intelligence into how the program evolves.
• Connect creators to the broader marketing system
• Work with Product Marketing to ensure creator content reflects Apify's product narrative and GTM priorities - content creators are an extension of how Apify communicates externally, not a separate voice.
• Partner with the Affiliate Manager so every creator relationship is structured, tiered, briefed, and tracked, and every partner works from the same content standards and creative direction.
• Work with the Social Media team to align creator content with the organic content calendar and amplify top-performing content across owned channels.
• Own program reporting: content velocity, ICP reach, messaging quality, creator-attributed signups, and revenue influence.
• Own paid placements and UGC buying, routing top-performing content into other channels for amplification.
• Own content quality and distribution
• Brief creators on what to make and why, translating Apify's product positioning and campaign priorities into clear content direction.
• Track content velocity per creator: posting frequency, video performance, and whether they're active or dormant.
• Own quality control: messaging accuracy, feature representation, and ICP fit.
• Build playbooks, creative frameworks, and repeatable systems so quality scales with volume.

Creator Growth Lead

• Launch: Own product launches end-to-end — positioning, assets, distribution, measurement. You don't wait for a brief. You write the brief, build the asset, ship it, and measure what happened.
• Demand gen: Own campaign strategy and outcomes across channels. Brief and manage agency partners. Hold them accountable for pipeline, not impressions.
• Content: Write landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and sales collateral that convert enterprise buyers. Create and ship video and social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. Repurpose customer stories, demos, and workflows into formats that drive reach and pipeline.
• Sales enablement: Build battle cards, objection handling guides, proof packs. Make it easier for Sales to close.
• Analytics: Build dashboards, track funnel metrics, run attribution. Know what's working and what's not - this week. Double down and scale what works.
• Growth hacking: Vibecode tools, calculators, and interactive assets. Find scrappy ways to generate leads and test ideas before they're "ready."
• Fill the gaps: Early-stage GTM means things fall between the cracks. You pick them up.

Growth Generalist

• Running the day to day agenda of the acquisition department independently
• Sourcing mainly off-market as well as processing of on-market opportunities
• Maintaining and updating the land database and internal mapping system, including administration of land and contact archives
• Business Development, meetings, site visits and negotiations with relevant authorities, municipalities, landowners, agents, land developers and preparation for that (presentations) etc.
• Preparation of development concepts/studies with external parties and support from construction department
• Land plots technical specifications evaluation (i.e. access (Land Cadaster database), infrastructure (Digital technical map), zoning plan conditions, protective zones, limits in location etc.)
• Preparation and evaluation of land acquisition financial models
• Preparation of land acquisition ICMs and HUMs and presenting them to the committee
• Processing and executing LOIs/FPAs/PAs
• Cooperation with construction dpt., legal dpt., corporate investment dpt. during pre-assessment phase and whole acquisition process
