Associate Health Coach – Flex PST Hours

• Deliver time-bound, goal-driven, impactful coaching through a series of video visits focused on behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle adjustments that support members' health goals and adherence to their care plan. Supplement video visits with personalized, goal-oriented in-app messaging that reinforces progress and maintains continuity between sessions.
• Leverage the Hinge Health technology platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions that drive health goal attainment and meaningful member outcomes.
• Collaborate within the care team to ensure a seamless, coordinated member experience and respond to clinician referrals for coaching services. Accurately complete all required processes and updates in the member journey, including video visit notes and clinical escalations.
• Build strong relationships and rapport with members. Listen to and adapt to each member's unique circumstances, supporting them in staying accountable to their goals, healthy lifestyle changes, while keeping members focused and engaged within Hinge Health activities.
• As the front line of our product and member experience, critically assess our coaching approaches, synthesize and relay member trends, insights and feedback to the Product and Clinical Operations teams.

Associate Health Coach, Flex – Spanish Speaking

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide guidance and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Research destinations, activities, and promotions to customize trips
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
• Stay informed on travel policies, trends, and industry updates

Entry-Level Travel Advisor

• Accepting transfers from the Patient Enrollment team to conduct preliminary health assessments for newly enrolled patients in our network.
• Resolve patients' questions and create an open dialogue to understand needs.
• Identify and coordinate community resources with patients that would benefit their care.
• Provide patient education and health literacy on the management of chronic conditions.
• Assist with medication management, including identifying potential medication concerns, adherence, and coordinating refills.

• Manage incoming service and warranty requests from start to finish.
• Own intake, research, decisioning, and execution ensuring issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.
• Receive and document incoming service and warranty requests via phone, text, and email.
• Locate and review original orders to identify vendors, product specifications, and applicable warranty coverage.
• Determine viable resolution paths (repair, parts replacement, or full replacement).
• Assign and document costs associated with each resolution option to support informed decision-making.
• Process next steps by ordering parts, coordinating replacements, or scheduling service with vendors or installers.

Service & Warranty Representative

• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to wind farms throughout the U.S. - cross country travel by air or truck
• Perform composite blade repair uptower via platforms, rope access and/or occasionally on the ground
• Epoxy and Polyester resin wet layup
• Vacuum infusion
• Balsa and foam sandwich materials
• Structural repair
• Completing detailed Daily Progress Reporting Documents and QAQC reports
• Completing onsite stock checks
• Assisting site lead and project coordinator as applicable

Wind Turbine Blade Technician

• Travel 100% to wind farms throughout North America on an 8/1 rotation.
• Perform blade LOTO duties for GE wind turbines in support of blade repair operations.
• Monitor confined space operations for internal blade repair work.
• Assist the Blade repair team, who is primarily responsible for all work completion, either at height or on the ground.
• May need to interface with the customer on site.
• Assist in the operation of the basket, rigging/de-rigging blade access platform, and perform tag-lining.
• Help the team solve problems related to the work scope.

• May perform maintenance tasks and assist in component replacements
• Lead small teams and maintain documentation of technical and safety issues
• Train others in performing service work

Traveling Wind Troubleshooter Technician

• Travel 100% to wind farms throughout North America on an 8/1 rotation.
• Lead and mentor other technicians on a team with proper composite blade repairs, up to Category 5 complex or specialty repairs.
• Perform expert composite blade repair uptower via platforms, occasionally on the ground, and potentially rope access.
• Perform Epoxy and Polyester resin wet lay up, vacuum infusion, balsa and foam sandwich materials.
• May be required to perform structural repair of blades.
• Complete detailed Daily Progress Reporting Documents and QA/QC reports, adhering to Quality Checkpoints.
• Complete onsite stock checks.
• Demonstrate leadership with team.
• Assisting site lead and project coordinator.

Traveling Lead Composite Blade Technician Level 4

• Manage an existing client base located throughout eastern United States
