Game Engineer

• Help define and drive the game’s animation style with expressive, solid body mechanics that makes gameplay feel amazing.
• Take ownership of the full gameplay animation process, from rough prototypes to polished game performances.
• Drive in-engine development with excellent engine competency, including animation systems, state machines and other procedural animation techniques.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to explore new ideas, solve tricky gameplay challenges, and push what’s possible through animation.
• Document tools and workflows.
• Mentor other animators, offering feedback, guidance, and support.

Gameplay Animator – Senior/Lead

• Asset Creation & Implementation
• Create and prepare high-quality 2D assets using Photoshop
• Implement and execute assets directly inside Unity
• Adapt visuals from concepts into production-ready, in-game content

• Collaborate with content design (theme planning) to bring assets into the game

Unity Content 2D Artist – 12-Month Contract

• Create and prepare 2D assets for slot gameplay, including themes, skins, and visual elements
• Adapt content to match slot-style visual requirements and gameplay needs
• Implement and execute assets directly inside Unity
• Ensure assets are properly integrated and functional in-game
• Work within the existing content pipeline to deliver production-ready assets
• Contribute to both slot-specific and general content tasks as needed
• Collaborate closely with content/design teams to execute gameplay features
• Use generative AI tools to improve speed, iteration, and output quality
• Continuously explore ways to integrate AI into your workflow

Unity Content Artist, 2D – Casino/Slots Focus

• We are looking for a Gameplay Programmer to help support our amazing horror IP, Dead By Daylight. At the heart of the Gameplay team, you will actively contribute to the creation, implementation, and optimization of the game mechanics that define the Dead by Daylight experience. Working closely with game designers, artists, animators, and QA, you will turn the creative vision into concrete, robust, and engaging features.

Senior Gameplay Programmer – Dead by Daylight

• Establish and maintain the product schedule & roadmap
• Manage overall project scope and quality, proactively assess and mitigate risk
• Manage resource requirements, establish dependencies, and balance priorities
• Define, drive and own milestones and other project deliverables
• Partner with a technical and creative leadership team to ensure project vision, deliverables, and goals are met and delivered on time and in budget
• Evaluate development processes for success and iterate when the team and product need to evolve
• Oversee cross-discipline feature teams and maintain scope and capacity on a daily basis
• Work closely and foster strong and transparent relationships with external partners
• Establish and manage relationships and processes with key stakeholders, publisher and external partners
• Establish and maintain regular communication channels with feature teams and coordinate dependencies with stakeholders
• Mentor, coach and support producers and other team members
• Champion effective production processes, identify opportunities to improve processes that will increase quality and efficiency, and help shape the evolution of production practices across the team.

Lead Producer – Tactical Shooter, Unreal 5

• Lead technical direction and implementation of core gameplay and runtime systems
• Own architecture and long-term health of gameplay-adjacent systems
• Partner closely with design and content teams
• Drive engineering quality across gameplay code
• Architect and optimize AI movement, perception, decision support, and navigation features
• Support large gameplay spaces by improving runtime performance and system reliability
• Establish engineering best practices for Unreal Engine 5 development
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding
• Communicate technical constraints and plans to stakeholders
