Field Engineer

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal delivery of healthcare services to patients.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured, including the ordering of parts.

Field Service Engineer 1 – Nuclear, CT, PETCT

• Provide in-depth advice on customer applications for optimal performance results
• Perform consultative support for new installations, equipment calibrations, including remote monitoring and feeding technology
• Service the mechanical installation and secure performance and reliability of pumps, piping, chemical feed systems, storage tanks and other connected systems
• Maintain and develop the relationship with customers and key stakeholders along with the sales account manager
• Deliver customer technical training as required
• Identify new business opportunities and transfer sales leads to the sales teams
• Provide comprehensive customer service report according to RMC policies using RMC tools
• Properly maintain all Company-owned equipment e.g. tools, instruments, safety equipment and vehicle
• Complete all administrative requirements including basic skills/safety training courses
• Manage inventory / supplies required at customer site
• Deliver upon service KPIs, including safety, productivity, customer satisfaction
• Secure conditions for safe operations, according to existing RMC & Customer policies, procedures
• Perform similar/related duties as needed

Field Service Engineer

• Interface directly with customers to quickly and thoroughly analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• Complete detailed service reports documenting work performed, system history, and recommendations for design improvements, obsolescence mitigation, or serviceability enhancements.
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams, including formal classroom and hands‑on instruction.
• Assist in the development of training materials and curriculum, including 'train‑the‑trainer' content.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety when working around high‑voltage systems, moving equipment, and other potential hazards.
• Support proposal development by providing technical input, cost estimates, and installation/service recommendations.

Senior Field Service Engineer

• Data Center Service Technicians travel to customer sites to start up, commission and safely troubleshoot and repair Data Center equipment.
• This position requires the ability to work independently, and candidates should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Requires some ability to manage the projects while onsite for start-up commissioning and coordination of other trades and services.
• Perform factory start-up, commissioning, warranty and billable service on Munters Data Center equipment and systems.
• Maintain and protect Munters equipment and property.
• Respond in a timely manner to all requests for service from customers or management.
• Provide customer training on Munters equipment.
• Provide technical feedback on equipment using detailed field service reports.

Field Service Technician, HVAC – Data Center

• Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and eliminate pain points.
• Perform field service tasks, including identifying technical issues and conducting on-site troubleshooting within certified areas.
• Execute installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, and replacements.
• Support the certification process of Associate Field Service Technicians and Field Service Technicians.
• Coach technicians and supervise complex site activities.
• Act as trainers when needed, for team members and customers.

• Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities.
• Provide technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Prepare and give technical presentations to customers.
• Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel for assigned suppliers.
• Attend supplier trainings in-person and via conference calls.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs.

Field Applications Engineer

• The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to maintain the highest quality level for all parts, products and systems.
• This position will ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures and maintaining compliance with US FDA and international medical device regulations and ISO 13485 quality system requirements.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers in the coordination, planning, implementation, maintenance and service issues for Globus Medical product.
• Installs Globus Medical product on-site at customer locations (hospitals) in accordance with an official installation procedure.
• Performs site acceptance testing of Globus Medical product to demonstrate operational performance consistent with product specifications and formal test procedures.
• Demonstrates system functionality to customer representatives and secures documented evidence of their concurrence of system functionality.
• Responds to customer issues / complaints regarding Globus Medical product performance, by diagnosing reported problems, replacing (or repairing) product and demonstrating to customers that the reported problem has been resolved.
• Performs preventative maintenance of Globus Medical product on-site at existing customer’s facilities.
• Updates existing products to resolve systemic product issues and ensure optimal system functionality; upgrades existing products to enhance system capabilities and provides additional features.
• Documents and properly records all customer feedback, issues and complaints consistent with Globus procedures for any unmet customer expectations.
• Documents the results of all customer visits including formal installation and system functionality test reports consistent with Globus Medical procedures.
• Participates in and helps manage returned material authorization (RMA) processing.
• National and possible international travel in support of equipment is possible.

Medical Imaging and Robotics Field Service Engineer
