About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges
Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues
Provide onsite technical support and customer training
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to customer and company standards
Communicate job status, parts needs, and recommendations to customers
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Follow up with customers after service to confirm proper operation
Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend service support
Travel to customer sites across the Midwest

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills (reports, email, documentation)
Ability to travel up to ~75%
Availability for scheduled weekend and after-hours rotation
Trade school or technical training (preferred)
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred)
